As 2020 comes to an end, we’d like to take the time to thank each and every one of you for your support throughout this crazy, whirlwind of a year!

Wowser, the Perth property market is going crazy!! With values rising by more than 1% every month, in the last four months, this is the strongest three-month trend in capital growth since 2009.

'FOMO' is peaking with buyers, so they are flooding the market. And they aren't the only ones facing a crisis, rentals have gone gangbusters! However, the number of houses for sale is currently low so the amount of time it takes to sell a property is down from 51 days in March 2020 to 28 days in March 2021.
